Yes — we have two physical branches in Nabatieh and Achrafieh, and an online store that delivers across Lebanon.

Are your perfumes long-lasting and made with high-quality oils?

Yes — we use premium fragrance oils sourced from top suppliers in Europe and the Middle East, blended in balanced, high-concentration formulas that ensure long-lasting performance on both skin and clothes.

Do you offer delivery all over Lebanon?

Yes — we deliver anywhere in Lebanon. Orders typically arrive within 24–72 hours, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

Can I return or get a refund for a perfume?

Refunds are only available if the order is cancelled before shipping. For hygiene reasons, returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and reported within 24 hours of delivery.

What if my perfume arrived damaged?

No worries. Contact us immediately, share a picture of the product, and we will exchange it for free.

Can I smell the perfumes before buying?

Absolutely. Visit any of our Nabatieh or Achrafieh branches for a full testing experience.
